What services do you provide?
We offer non-medical home care services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Who do you serve?
We serve adults, seniors, and individuals who need support at home due to aging, illness, disability, or recovery from hospitalization or surgery.
What areas do you service?
We currently offer home care services in the following North Carolina counties:
Mecklenburg, Anson, Cabarrus, Catawba, Davidson, Forsyth, Iredell, Gaston, Lincoln, Rowan, Union, Davie, and Stanly.
Are your caregivers licensed or trained?
All caregivers undergo a thorough hiring process that includes background checks, reference verification, and required training. Ongoing education and supervision are provided to maintain high standards of care.
How do you match caregivers with clients?
We carefully match caregivers based on the client’s needs, preferences, personality, and schedule. Our goal is to create a comfortable and consistent care relationship.
Do you accept private pay, Medicaid, or insurance?
We accept private-pay clients and are in the process of working with public and managed care programs where applicable. Please contact us to discuss current payment options.
Is there a minimum service requirement?
Service minimums may vary based on care needs and scheduling. We are happy to discuss flexible options during your consultation.
Do you require a deposit to start services?
Yes. For private-pay clients, a deposit equal to two weeks of service is required prior to the start of care. This ensures continuity of services and proper scheduling.
How is care monitored?
Care is overseen by management and clinical leadership. We use electronic visit verification (EVV) and regular check-ins to ensure services are delivered as scheduled and meet quality standards.
Can services be adjusted over time?
Absolutely. Care plans can be updated as needs change. We encourage open communication so services always align with the client’s current situation.
